It is the operating division of Imprendiroma and it is intended for the provision of work for maintenance and energy redevelopment interventions. Through franchise points, NoiRistrutturiamo also operates in northern Italy and Sardinia.

It specializes in the architectural design of deep retrofitting interventions for buildings for commercial, cultural, and residential use, new construction or to be renovated. Complex and significant projects are made up of multiple elements: functional and organizational review, modernization of the architectural image, creation of a stimulating and functional work environment, optimization of the energy model, and redevelopment of the territory. Furthermore, the experience gained in the management of real estate assets has increased the skills in Place Making urban planning, infrastructures and master plans.
