Born in San Salvo (CH) the 5th of January 1949. After his high school diploma in Industrial Expert, he was a technical expert for the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications/Economic Development from February 1976 till May 2009. Since 1989 he has been managing real estate for others.

Born in Rome on the 23rd of October 1976. Graduated in engineering at Polytechnic of Torin in 2001. Also holds a second level Master from LUMSA. He has been Officer of the Military Engineers from 1997 to 2004 and Official of the Ministry of Defense from 2005 to 2019.
PIERPAOLO MICHELANGELI
Non executive Director
Born in Rome on the 18th of May 1983. Holds a degree in architecture from Rome University La Sapienza, Rome, and is a member of the order of architects of Rome since 2011.
ROSSELLA DAVID

Born in Tricarico (MT) on the 23rd of August 1983. Holds a degree in restoration architecture from La Sapienza University, Rome, in 2009 and is qualified to practice as an architect since 2010.
PAOLA DI PASQUALE

Born in Isernia on the 18th of August 1977. She got her degree in architecture in 2003 from La Sapienza University, Rome. From May 2004 till July 2006 he held the role of building manager for Pirelli RE Property Management S.p.A. After that, from July 2006 to August 2007, he held the role of valuer at CB Richard Ellis Professional Services S.p.A. From September 2007 to September 2008, he was a member of the Commission for the "Commission for the verification of adequacy of technical-economic-estimative assessments" at the State Property Agency: General Management - Operational Area (Rome). Subsequently, from October 2008 to February 2011, he held the role of assetmanager at the company Beni Stabili Gestioni S.p.A. Sgr. From March 2011 to December 2014, he was fund manager at the company Investire Immobiliare SGR S.p.A. In December 2015 and until today he has held the role of Head of Healthcare & Fund Coordinator of the company InvestiRE SGR S.p.A.

Born in Noci on 22 September 1977, he graduated in Economics and Commerce at the University of Bari in 2001 and later obtained a Masters in Accounting and Auditing at the Bocconi University School of Management in November 2003, as well as a Master in Financial Modelling, Capital Budgeting, Business Planning, Valuation and Restructuring at the 24Ore Business School in April 2019. In December 2020 he also took part in the Executive Program in Corporate Finance at the School of Business Management of the Bocconi University . He also participated, as a founding partner, to the birth of the De Falco Notarnicola Preziosa Plantone & Associati professional studio in September 2013, where he still carries out his professional activity. Finally, he holds and has held roles as Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors, Sole Auditor and/or Sole Auditor, as well as Director and Liquidator in numerous joint-stock companies.

He was born in Milan on 7 May 1976. He graduated with honors in Economics and Commerce from the Catholic University of Milan in 2001. Luigi began his professional career in 2001 at Ernst & Young, where he remained until 2011 carrying out auditing activities (for leading national, listed and international clients) until 2005 and then continued within the "corporate finance" department. At the end of 2011, Luigi participated in the foundation of Epyon Consulting S.r.l. and subsequently to that of Epyon Audit S.r.l. and Epyon Asseverazioni S.r.l. consolidating his skills in the field of valuation, restructuring and capital market. Luigi has been an auditor since 2007, a chartered accountant since 2013 and a member of the CTU register of the Court of Milan since 2017. Epyon Consulting S.r.l. within the context of the listing process, it acts as financial advisor to the Issuer.

Born in Rome on 4 February 1971. He graduated in Economics and Commerce at the La Sapienza University of Rome in 1998. He began his professional career in 2004 collaborating with leading professional firms, developing skills relating to the related tax and civil obligations to companies and natural persons, mainly in the field of corporate taxation, extraordinary transactions, and financial statements.

Born in Civitavecchia on 31 March 1972, he graduated in Economics and Commerce from the La Sapienza University of Rome in 1999. He has been registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts, Section A since 14 June 2004. From June to In August 2005 he held the role of coordinator and head of association services at the Confartigianato Imprese of Viterbo. He has also been the owner of Studio Tributario Bizzarri since 2004. He has also held various roles such as director, liquidator, and accountant of numerous corporations.

She was born in Bari on 15 December 1957 and graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Bari in 1981. She has also been registered on the Order of Chartered Accountants of Bari since 1983 and in April 1992 she was also nominated as Official Auditor of Accounts. From 2003 to 2007, she held the role of Councilor of the Chartered Accountants Association of Bari, as well as being a member of the Regional Council of Equal Opportunities from 2005 to 2009. She also held the position of President of Equal Opportunities of the Order of Doctors Accountants of Bari from 2003 to 2008. He is also a member of the working group at the Department of Social Affairs of the Turkish Ministry for the elaboration and drafting of proposals for laws on young people, women, and immigrants, on behalf of the CNEL. He also performs the role of trustee in case of bankruptcy, as well as technical consultant of the court of Bari. He has also played important roles as president and member of the board of statutory auditors and as director of various joint stock companies.
